You woke up from something strange, vivid, or just hard to shake — and you want to know what it means. That's exactly what DreamAtlas is here for. Submit your dream below and our team will explore it.

We personally read every submission. The dreams that resonate most — the ones that feel universal, that touch on something a lot of people experience but rarely talk about — often become featured articles on the site. Your dream might end up helping thousands of other people who've had the same one.

What makes a great submission?

You don't need to write an essay. Just describe what happened and how it felt. A few things that help:

  • Key images or symbols — What stood out? A specific place, person, object, or color?
  • The feeling it left you with — Anxious? Peaceful? Unsettled? Elated?
  • Anything unusual — Something that felt different from normal life, even in the logic of the dream
  • Whether it recurs — Have you had a version of this dream before?

A note: we can't respond to every submission individually, and interpretations we share are symbolic — not medical or psychological advice. But we read everything, and the right dream could become the next DreamAtlas article.
